  • Pablo Picasso, Tête d’homme couronné, 1966

    Pablo Picasso

    Tête d’homme couronné, 1966
Picasso’s elegant Tête d’homme couronné was drawn by the artist in felt-tip pen on June 16th, 1966. This playful portrait was dedicated to Carl Nesjar, an esteemed Norwegian sculptor who helped Picasso to realise more than thirty monumental public sculptures across the globe. This drawing has been acquired from Nesjar’s family and Picasso’s son, Claude, has authenticated the work and provided a certificate.
  • Joan Miró, Untitled (Catálogo), 1968

    Joan Miró

    Untitled (Catálogo), 1968
Miró produced this classic abstract drawing using coloured pencils in 1968, and it is signed, dated and inscribed in pencil. The artwork has been drawn directly onto a catalogue for an exhibition at the Old Hospital de la Santa Creu in Barcelona, a vital artistic hub where trailblazers such as Miró developed significant works of art.
  • Salvador Dalí, Spectre de Vermeer, 1973

    Salvador Dalí

    Spectre de Vermeer, 1973
Dalí drew Spectre de Vermeer in 1973, using India ink on card. Dalí’s adoration of Vermeer can be traced back to 1934, when he made a small oil painting titled The Ghost of Vermeer of Delft Which Can Be Used as a Table. Spectre de Vermeer is a later remembrance of this iconic Dalí artwork. The artwork comes accompanied with a certificate numbered d4213, issued on the 23rd July 2002 by Robert & Nicolas Descharnes.
