This lithograph was created for the exhibition 'Hockney Paints the Stage' at the Walker Art Centre, 20 November 1983 - 22 January 1984. The poster reproduces Hockney's painting 'Ravel's Garden with Night Glow' of 1980 and has been faintly signed in red ink. We have purchased the piece from the collection of American artist Patrick Eddington. This work is referenced in: 'Off the Wall: Hockney Posters', Catalogue No. 114.
