This lithograph was produced for the second volume of Miró's catalogue raisonné of lithographs, published in 1975. The artist created a selection of original lithographs to accompany the text, which were inserted at intervals throughout the book. A deluxe edition of 150 - from which this example was sourced - was released as a luxurious boxed set, printed onto BFK Rives fine art paper with the pages loose and unbound.
