Peter Blake

Overview
Best known for co-creating the iconic album cover for the Beatles' Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Sir Peter Blake has been the guiding voice of British pop art for more than seven decades. A devoted painter, printmaker, draughtsman and sculptor, his work is held in numerous international museums and he is credited as a key influence by artists such as Tracey Emin and Damien Hirst. His prints are labours of love, regularly pushing the boundaries of what is technically possible in the studio. His aesthetic is instantly recognisable and in constant demand.
